What sets us apart
At Lansdowne Heights, we primarily focus on Memory Care for seniors facing challenges associated with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other types of memory impairment. We know an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis affects the entire family. We’ll work with you each step of the way to ensure your loved one’s needs and wants are taken care of, but also yours as well. Through our monthly support group, you’ll have access to ongoing educational opportunities to help you understand the disease process and also gain a support system of current family members who are going through a similar journey.
Our community team is specially trained to focus on the unique strengths and needs of each individual resident through an in-person Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Training accredited through NCCDP https://www.nccdp.org. It’s easy to think of an Alzheimer’s and dementia diagnosis as the closing chapter to your loved one’s personality, but we prove that notion is a misconception by helping your loved one achieve personal growth. Learn just how much of your loved one’s story is left to tell by contacting our team today.
