What Does Care Level Pricing Mean?
Everyone has unique care needs, because of this, our starting base rate includes medication management, one-person assistance or supervision with all daily activities, housekeeping & laundry, 3 chef-prepared meals daily, cable & internet, snacks & our engagement program for all stages. Levels of Care are added when a resident is in need of additional assistance above supervision, frequent redirection, needing more complex nursing needs and /or a 2 person assistance.

Long-Term Care Insurance
In the past, such insurance covered skilled nursing facilities only. An increasing number of carriers now offer Long-Term Care Insurance that includes Memory Care. Plans may cover a specific monthly dollar amount, a certain number of years, or both.

Veterans or spouses of veterans who served during a qualifying war time could be eligible for a specific dollar amount that would supplement any income received while residing in a Memory Care community.
