What Does Care Level Pricing Mean?
Each individual has unique care needs. Because of this, our starting base rate includes medication management, one person assistance or supervision with all daily activities, housekeeping & laundry, 3 chef- prepared meals daily, cable & internet, snacks & our engagement program for all stages. Additional costs are added for more complex nursing needs and 2 person assistance.

Long-Term Care Insurance

Veterans or spouses of veterans who served during a qualifying war time could be eligible for a specific dollar amount that would supplement any income received while residing in a Memory Care community.
