Our monthly virtual support group led by Anne Benefield, geriatric care manager, provides our families a confidential platform for education, support, and connection with one another as they navigate the progression of their loved one’s health condition. We offer practical advice, discuss frustrations, and fears and come together as a whole to give you peace of mind as you continue this journey

  • Prioritizing hiring, promoting and keeping exceptional people
  • Lending hands-on support through regular visits to Lansdowne Heights
  • Providing expert oversight to train our staff by publishing “Customer Experience Survey” results from resident’s family members (Quarterly)

I have worked in the Senior Living industry since 2005. I have opened Memory Care facilities in the past and have enjoyed my time at all of them. It has been my absolute privilege to work with the Lansdowne team, many of whom are like family here, as we work to make this community the best it can be. They are some of the most caring individuals I have ever met, who always put our residents first.
