Our Offering
Our 24/7 activities schedule designed specifically for memory care is so robust that in addition to our activity rooms that have a constant flow of scheduled events, we also have activities throughout the building and three secure outdoor spaces. Spending time outdoors and engaging in hands-on activities like building and assembling can have profound wellness benefits for seniors, especially those with cognitive impairments. Here’s how:☀️ Boosts Mood & Reduces Stress – Sunlight increases serotonin levels, which help improve mood and promote a sense of calm.🛠 Enhances Cognitive Function – Engaging in purposeful activities like assembling furniture or gardening stimulates the brain and helps maintain cognitive skills.🌿 Encourages Physical Movement – Simple tasks like lifting, assembling, or even just walking outside support mobility, coordination, and overall well-being.👥 Fosters Social Connection – Working together on a project and enjoying the outdoors encourages engagement and strengthens a sense of community.Drop a comment below and share your thoughts!
